Provided with the Additional Terms & Conditions for Dealers using Reynolds and Reynolds:

• Complimentary SiriusXM Trial Subscriptions to the SiriusXM satellite radio service for each Eligible Vehicle, notwithstanding the “Opt-Out (Share)” setting in your DMS
• Ability to opt-out customers individually using the “Dealer Contact Consent” fields

SiriusXM Dealer Programs Additional Terms and Conditions for Reynolds & Reynolds DMS: I understand my dealership may be enrolled in one or more of the SiriusXM programs (Pre-Owned, Service Lane). I agree that the “Opt Out (share)” field in my Reynolds Dealer Management System (DMS) shall not apply to SiriusXM programs for which I am enrolled and SiriusXM may use customer data to fulfill the SiriusXM programs as described in the applicable enrollment agreement(s). The foregoing waiver shall remain in effect until I choose to discontinue my dealership’s participation in the applicable SiriusXM programs by sending written notice to Sirius XM Radio LLC, Attention: Automotive Remarketing, 27200 Haggerty Road, Suite B-5 Farmington Hills, MI 48331. Notwithstanding the foregoing, I understand that my dealership may still opt-out individual customers from phone/mail/email contacts by completing the “Dealer Contact Consent” Fields.
